Truck Bus Radial Tires 12R22.5 Truck Three Main Improved Zigzag grooves
Feature
The tread pattern of this truck bus radial tire of 12R22.5 was adopted with three main asymmetrical tortuous grooves which been improved from the prototype of the tread pattern of the three main zigzag grooves and having features of excellent abrasion resisting, low eccentric wear, high retreadable and good handling and driving, it is suitable for all-positions of trucks for the regional haul, it have 14 sizes being available, including 4 sizes tube type products with 20-inch rim diameters of 11.00R20 and 12.00R20, 10 size tubeless products with 22.5-inch rim diameters from 11R22.5 to 315/80R22.5.
The closed tire shoulder and high wear tread compound design, enhances the performance of wear resisting of this truck bus radial tire of 12R22.5, and increase the service mileage.
The application of all-steel wire ply-radial structure of the carcass design, with providing robust and toughness tire casing make it is possible that worn tire to been retreaded, and increase economical efficiency of the truck fleets.
And the lateral sipes on the tread surfaces design, that can reduce the irregular wear, and improves the grip performance.

Application
Normal tread wear will be critical to optimizing the uptime of truck fleets and reducing the operating costing. According to the decades experienced of tire service and tire supplying, there are too many cause will lead to uneven wear, including incorrect pressure, improper wheel alignment, mixing tires, using unbalanced tire and mounting problems.
Irregular wear is not only cause non-efficiency, but also is hidden danger of running vehicles. Uneven wear will reduce the footprint area of grip performance of the tire, and cause tire can't grip road, and the truckers and drivers may lose control of their vehicles.
Proper inspections for the each tire including the mounted spare one before the vehicles being operated, and regular tire maintaining goes a long way in keeping the tire in proper situation.
